COLLECTOR INFORMATION

All works are carefully prepared and shipped from Los Angeles.
Each photographic print is produced using museum-quality archival materials and handled according to professional art handling standards. Prior to shipment, every work is inspected, wrapped in protective acid-free glassine, and securely packaged to ensure safe transit.
Large-format prints are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty archival tube and placed within protective outer packaging.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days following purchase. Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic shipments are sent via UPS Ground. Delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate for standard delivery.
All shipments include declared value coverage for the full purchase amount. While every precaution is taken to ensure safe delivery, IMAST Agency cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
For international orders, delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

All sales are final.
Due to the limited and collectible nature of editioned photographic works, IMAST Agency does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork. This documentation is required in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Where applicable, we will work with the collector to arrange a replacement print if inventory allows.
Requests submitted after this notification period may not be eligible for resolution.

All works are produced using museum-quality archival printing processes and materials.
Photographic prints should be handled with clean hands or cotton gloves and kept protected from direct contact with oils, moisture, and abrasive surfaces. We recommend professional framing using archival materials and UV-protective glazing to ensure the longevity of the work.
For long-term preservation, works should be displayed away from direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or significant fluctuations in temperature.
Proper framing and care will help preserve the tonal integrity and material stability of the print for decades.
-
All photographic works are produced as limited editions unless otherwise stated.
Each print is carefully inspected prior to shipment and may include accompanying documentation indicating the edition number and edition size.
Due to the nature of limited edition artworks, availability may change as editions sell through.
IMAST Agency maintains internal records of each edition produced and released.
